Function: Arm and hand movement for typing, reaching, gripping

Common Issues: Stiff wrists, tight forearms, carpal tunnel-like symptoms

Key Movements:

  • Wrist circles (both directions)

  • Forearm stretch (fingers pointing toward and away)

  • Elbow extensions with flexion/stretch

  • Shake-out or flick movements for the hands
